User Name Changes Empty User Name Changes

Just a quick announcement letting forum-goers know that user-name change applications are now available. Please check out the specific thread if you are interested in changing your username.

Also, some of the admins have changed their usernames, so here is a list of their new names:

Asteria: Mirage
